Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by VIALEX AICYBSEC LTD ("VIALEX SECURE", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

VIALEX SECURE provides DevOps, SRE, email deliverability, and cybersecurity services to businesses. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements between VIALEX SECURE and each client.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services
• Grant necessary access to systems and environments as required
• Maintain appropriate backups of your data
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay for services as agreed in your service agreement

Confidentiality

We understand that our services may involve access to your confidential information and systems. We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality and will only use your information as necessary to provide our services. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in individual service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIALEX SECURE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to methodologies, tools, and documentation, remain the property of VIALEX SECURE unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables created specifically for clients will be addressed in individual service agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, we will return or destroy any client data in our possession as directed by the client.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
